silicon valley now supposedly is trying to come up with a black list of unvestors who engage in appropriate behavior and forms of sexual, racial discrimination.  Is that going to be an effective way to change a long standing culture in Silicon Valley?

Siicon Balley culture is rooted in discrimination in many cases. There are now highly visible cases where that is being highlighted and real efforts under way to change. It will take a long time though for real change to take place

In this world, there can be no discrimination, due to so many different cultures and mentalities taking place so often.

Women are not a minority like some other groups facing discrimination.

@kmelkevolution17, true, but the stories are disturbing.  These women ate being inappropriately hit on and propositioned without any consequences.  There is a deeply rooted culture over there and will be difficult to change.  They are trying to make progres, but I doubt if they are just scratching the surface

@agsr, Agree that executives fired over this is definitely a sign of  change.  Altgough I think that real change will take much longer
